Robert Redford
Where did the rumour originate from that he wanted to buy it for $3million. Is this true?

I don't believe it makes a difference tbh... unless you are saying you have the chest?

RE: Robert Redford
It doesn’t make a difference to the solution no. But if someone finds it then maybe an easy cash sale for the whole lot from a collector is the best option?

It's a quick easy sale, but I think 4 months (if found now) would be enough time to push out publicity for an auction and get it up there either way.

4 months from now...would make this one heck of a Christmas present for someone.

Reminds me of Natalia, who asked about drones. Her name means, "Christmas Day".

RE: Robert Redford
If you put it up for auction, what do you think the US authorities would do to the person auctioning it
It’s not stolen
The only way they can prove where the finder got it would be a) if the finder told them or b) they solved the poem

Under what law could they force you to disclose where a hunter found it? If you don’t tell them then there is no claimant surely as they don’t know who the claimant is and which land it was on
