The clues when put in relation to the places they refer to are in order and relatively straight forward.

I think what Easton is saying is in reference to Forrest replying in the Lure post interview, "I don't know that anybody has told me the clues...in the right order."

seems reasonable to me.... if the first clue is "Begin it...." then the first stanza is not the first clue (or not a clue). I personally think first stanza has at least one clue. Fenn said everything in the poem was deliberate and not to be discounted... I also think the first stanza was the most thought out.

Yeah I think the first stanza is a hint on where the first clue is. It has to be or my solution is no good at all Tongue
