No, sorry.
My search area was 2.081 acres and it was a mountain dew can.

Sorry again, it was actually a plastic mountain dew bottle, not a can.
I didn't want to give incorrect information; then people might not find the treasure.
I feel much better now.

How do you know he's talking about an actual can that held the actual drink? Maybe it's on a sign, or in the shape of one for instance. That would be much different than a little old can lying in a field.

I know he's talking about an actual can when he says "Did you find a Dr. Pepper can..."
Maybe you should comment less and read more.

RE: Dr. Pepper and 2.08555 Acres
finding a can of dr pepper on the ground couldn't possibly be significant

finding it in the poem however ....

understanding the difference between these 2 lines of thought, imo, means understanding the significance of Fenn's implications about knowing where we're going before we get there

the poem will get you within several steps

RE: Dr. Pepper and 2.08555 Acres
its close to the number that Fenn used. 2.086 acres

http://dalneitzel.com/2013/04/05/forrest...sure-hunt/

edit: And I would still have about 2.08555 acres remaining.

2.0856 - .00005 = 2.8555

*Note: This is not an actual can of Dr. Pepper but a depiction of one. If you wish to mention it in writing please refer to it as a depiction and not an actual can or you and anyone who has enough sense to think you might mean a depiction may be viewed as a complete idiot in the eyes of an idiot.

RE: Dr. Pepper and 2.08555 Acres
Dear Umbra,

Again I was replying to the original post and I quote:

"Did you find a Dr. Pepper can in your location?"

You see the word "can" in that sentence? He doesn't say "did you find a depiction of a can?".

I don't know what that picture is about, and I really don't care.
Maybe you should direct your comment at the OP.

Sincerely,

FennMaster
