I drove to Brooklyn and walked my Solve.
The next day I spoke with the manager there. She sent me to the permit office. I was immediately shut down when I said The Secret. I have filed online for a permit. Waiting for the rejection letter.

Missed 3 days of work
I know that I am right..... priceless

So here I am. No permit needed. Everyday my search are gets a little smaller.
