Oh shoot, I don't have the book with me. It might be in the flywater story. It is at the bottom of the page, looks like fish spawning and it states my secret fishing hole right underneath the picture.

What do you mean you don't have your book with you?! Sinner!! Big Grin

I'm keeping a low profile as a searcher these days. You know with all the searcher haters out there. I used to take it everywhere. Oh who am I kidding, I'm just making excuses. I should have had the book. Forgive me for I have sinned! But......what kind of fish are they, Scott?

I am in a generous mood, so I will share my research on this subject. The fish look to me (I could be wrong) like huge numbers of salmon going upstream to spawn. Pacific salmon go as far upstream and inland to spawn as creeks on the Idaho side of the continental divide. A stone's throw really from Yellowstone. So Forrest's secret fishing hole could be in Idaho, just over the mountains from his childhood playground of Yellowstone.
