Heading out Thursday
...but not to search. We'll meet Sandra's 89 y.o. uncle in Las Vegas (NM) Friday evening, spend Saturday in Santa Fe, go to Alamosa via Taos on Sunday, ride the C&T Monday, spend Tuesday & Wednesday in Albuquerque with a visit to the NM State Fair, and take two days to get home. Probably our last trip anywhere. Posting as usual on our travel blog, modaytrips.blogspot.com.

If I find the chest, you, me, and Sandra are going to be visiting an old coot in Santa Fe.

Good luck!
I don’t know why but my gut feeling is telling me you are going to meet our old coot.

Sandra is his wife.

C&T is the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad.

It has been a popular searcher site in the past, but it's also a very fun thing to do.

Have a great time Old Drum. I’m not sure if she remembers me, tell her hello, and thank her for the conversations we had at boree. She’s an awesome lady. Smile

Thanks, Mindy. I'm hoping she remembers/enjoys some of the places/events we enjoyed in the past.

One of the most amazing things about Sandra is that she’s never stopped viewing the world with wonder. That’s a blessing in itself. And as you journey, whether she remembers places or not, that sweet wonder will remain.
