Math and Numbers in the solve

John your phrase confuses me....are you saying only coordinate numbers or no numbers at all? The sheer number of numbers that are written into stories must mean something, or are they there to obfuscate and mislead?

I completely agree that there are an anomalously large number of numbers in TTOTC. They might well mean something. I can count them if I could decide on what things I should include as numbers. Does F100 count? Dunno. Anyway I wrote a computer program that enumerates most or all of the numbers that are in plain text. It doesn't read the postage stamps. Regarding coordinates, it is pretty easy to get an accuracy of 10 feet or so with coordinates. To get accuracy at the level of a few inches with a cheap handheld GPS is somewhere between impossible and very very difficult.

RE: Math and Numbers in the solve
If you can be confident in a number, then check the periodic table, and it will make words for you to use. That is something I have done over and over. If you can make a complete sentence or something that makes sense, then you may be on to something.
I think you should start with important numbers, like his fathers burial place. 423. If you turn it into a date, there are all kinds of scenarios. Like shakespears death, D(4)B(2)C(3)DBC... yada yada.. Then the number 15, or 115. That is the year the chest was made. 1150. Tea with Olga starts on that page too...The Vietnam Veteran Memorial HWY that runs from The Air Force academy all the way to Temple canyon park is called HWY 115. Those are points A and B. Literally. So you may see what is up with that. It also follows the poem to Rye Co. Another familiar name within the chase...
