What if someone felt they had an incomplete solve to the entire poem but due to BOTG searches knew where the TC was hidden but were currently unable to retrieve it because of conditions surrounding the TC. How would you go about notifying Forrest if he doesn't answer emails. Besides, emailing the actual physical location might be a risky proposition.
