Not saying it is there and I'm not saying it isn't there. According to the point forecast we have 4 1/2 inches of snow predicted later on this week! Bring your snow shovel with your dirt shovel. And that is assuming you can get past the closed gate! Better stick with searching in a place where I won't freeze to death like Hatchet Jack!

Just looked and it says 5-8 on weather.com. I don't believe he's ever said you can't get it with snow...but I know it's been eluded to you should wait till spring.....I think Dal believes you can't get it with snow on the ground either. We're getting Tornadoes in our forecast. Hopefully my laptop doesn't blow away with all my search ideas.

Better put more duct tape on that cardboard box if wind is a coming your way then

I hard on the radio today that this is the last weekend you can enter the Park's East. South and West entrances. Those will close on Monday

The north entrance stays open as does the NE Entrance primarily for snowmobiles. They don't plow the roads...

Thank You!!! Just doing my "civic duty". I have a feeling that a lot of people don't even know that roads are closed for months at a time here in Wyoming.

I didn't even know it snowed in New Mexico "Once upon a time"...so I'm betting you're right ;-)

Last night there was snow about 300 feet above where the treasure chest is. I'm about 400 feet lower than the chest, so we got rain.

Anyone have any information as to when the park roads will open up this spring? Or maybe they already have opened? Thanks! Old Timer
